My philosophy is: To be healthy in body and mind is a privilege.
We should do everything in our power, both physically and mentally, to live actively and be healthy (while allowing a little room for fun!).

A little bit about Coco: My Fitness Journey
I was not always this way. My relationship with exercise was always up and down. I have a new appreciation of the fragility and also the strength, of the human body. Everyone’s fitness journey begins somewhere, I am living proof that through creating new daily habits and thought patterns you can create the healthy fit life that you desire.
