"I began training with Michelle after the birth of my third child in a bid to not only lose weight and tone up, but also rehabilitate and strengthen my body after a difficult pregnancy and birth. What I have achieved with Michelle's guidance has been everything I wanted and so much more. She has designed each workout for me, and to be motivating, challenging and fun. She uses different exercises and equpiment constantly so I dont feel like I'm just doing the same things all the time. And she encourages you to try new exercises and routines by breaking them down and then adding to it over time, so you are soon doing things you didnt think possible.
